You don’t need prior coaching experience to become an ActionCOACH franchisee. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping others, strong business acumen, and the drive to build a successful business.

The investment varies depending on location and franchise model. Generally, the initial investment ranges from $65,000 to $200,000. This covers your franchise fee, training, and initial setup. Financing options may be available to help you get started.

Earnings vary based on your efforts, location, and the number of clients you serve. However, many franchisees report significant income through coaching businesses, with the potential to scale by adding coaches or expanding their client base.

As an ActionCOACH franchisee, you’ll pay a 10% monthly royalty fee based on your revenue, plus a 5% monthly fee for marketing and advertising support. These fees help fund ongoing brand development, training, and marketing initiatives to drive your business growth.
